What you will do

• Develop and optimize dietary supplement formulations, including ingredient selection, cost analysis, and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate product development processes, including lab-scale batching and pilot production.
• Ensure FDA compliance and GMP adherence by managing labeling requirements and regulatory documentation.
• Conduct research on ingredients for safety, efficacy, and quality to support raw material qualification.
• Partner with internal QA/QC and manufacturing teams, as well as external vendors and flavor houses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• 2+ years of experience in product development within the dietary supplement, nutraceutical, or food manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of FDA dietary supplement labeling regulations and GMP compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and strong analytical skills.
• English required for professional communication and collaboration.
• Must be located in Rosenburg, Texas.
