Salary: $4,314.00 - $4,532.00 CAD Monthly

What you will do

• Manage daily organization, setup, and tear-down of teaching and learning spaces at the Surrey site.
• Provide real-time technical support to instructors and students, resolving complex issues during class time.
• Liaise with IT services to resolve AV and videoconferencing issues to ensure distributed learning functions correctly.
• Handle administrative tasks including room bookings, class scheduling, and support for written and clinical exams.
• Maintain and monitor clinical and teaching equipment, ensuring timely ordering and replacement.
• Coordinate logistical support for departmental events such as Orientation Week and graduation.

Requirements

• High School graduation plus one year of post-secondary education.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment such as therapy beds, clinical equipment, and stacked chairs.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Willingness to respect diverse perspectives and a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with computers, audio-visual, and medical equipment.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
