What you will do

• Translate ambiguous customer questions into scoped data science projects using panel data, time series, and causal inference.
• Engineer features from large alternative-data panels using Spark.
• Build and validate predictive models linking data signals to financial outcomes like revenue and earnings.
• Author technical white papers and analyses for institutional investors and Fortune 500 clients.
• Integrate LLM coding assistants and agents into the development lifecycle to accelerate prototyping and auditing.
• Build internal LLM-driven tooling, including agents and retrieval pipelines.

Requirements

• Proven track record of shipping multiple end-to-end data science projects with quantifiable business impact.
• Strong statistical foundations with the ability to defend causal-inference methodology.
• High-quality Python coding skills (clear naming, type hints, vectorized code).
• Experience using LLM coding assistants daily to multiply output without sacrificing quality.
• Exceptional writing skills for communicating complex technical findings to sophisticated readers.
• Must be based in the United States.
