What you will do

  • Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy spanning PR, media engagement, and social media.
  • Drive US market expansion by establishing brand positioning and high-impact external media strategies.
  • Position executives as thought leaders in AI and customer insights through media placements and speaking opportunities.
  • Manage investor relations and financial narratives for fundraising, board communications, and strategic announcements.
  • Oversee crisis communications planning and real-time response with clarity and control.
  • Lead and mentor a small communications team while collaborating across product, revenue, and marketing functions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid: 2 days in office).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within high-growth B2B tech brands.
  • Proven track record in securing top-tier media placements and managing executive communications.
  • Ability to translate complex technical or data-driven concepts into engaging, media-ready stories.
  • Experience with investor and financial communications.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to improve communication strategy and execution.
