What you will do

• Design UI elements, page layouts, and visual components for the hirify.global.ai website, ensuring CRO awareness.
• Produce high-volume campaign materials, including paid ads (Google, LinkedIn), social media posts, and event promotional materials.
• Develop modular marketing email templates and newsletters within HubSpot.
• Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity and a comprehensive Figma design system.
• Integrate generative AI into the daily workflow to rapidly prototype concepts and adapt existing assets.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on digital design experience with a strong portfolio covering web, email, and social assets.
• Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, design systems) and Canva.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI design and image generation tools in a professional capacity.
• Experience producing HTML email templates, preferably within HubSpot or similar ESPs.
• Solid understanding of responsive web design constraints and CMS asset optimization.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools to produce motion graphics, animated assets, or short explainer videos.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for better collaboration with web specialists.
