What you will do

• Design high-quality static assets including banners, landing pages, ads, and social media visuals.
• Create engaging motion graphics and produce professional video content for digital platforms.
• Utilize AI tools to generate and enhance static and motion assets, including voice-enabled content.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver cohesive visual messaging.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs.
• Stay updated with design trends, AI tools, and marketing best practices.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing design, creative design, or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion design work.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven content creation tools (image, video, and voice generation).
• Solid understanding of digital marketing and performance-driven design.

Nice to have

• Experience in performance marketing or ad creatives.
• Familiarity with scripting, storyboarding, or concept development.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments like startups, ad-tech, or marketing agencies.
