What you will do

• Translate script pages into thumbnails, roughs, and storyboards that depict scene requirements.
• Pitch storyboards to mentors, the Head of Story, Director, and the creative team.
• Create visual representations of narratives, bringing characters and settings to life.
• Modify and edit sketches and boards to address feedback and notes.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and gather reference material for projects.
• Ensure the quality and style of the show are consistently achieved.

Requirements

• Located in, or willing to relocate to, the Los Angeles Metropolitan area.
• Available full-time (40hrs per week) for 7 months between June 15, 2026 and January 22, 2027.
• Approximately 1 year of experience as a story artist or revisionist (including internships/traineeships).
• No more than 2 years of experience in feature animation.
• Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in storyboarding and illustration.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, perspective, composition, and filmic staging.
