What you will do

• Lead visual direction including camera, lighting, and shot composition for major productions
• Collaborate with creative directors and producers to execute concepts visually
• Design lighting setups and camera strategies for diverse formats and environments
• Oversee camera crews, manage equipment, and ensure on-set quality and efficiency
• Partner with post-production for visual continuity and troubleshoot challenges
• Mentor camera operators and explore new techniques and technologies

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in cinematography, video production, or related field
• Proven track record leading visual execution for high-impact or large-scale productions
• Deep expertise in camera systems, lighting, and composition techniques
• Experience managing on-set teams and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong ability to translate creative concepts into visual outcomes

Nice to have

• Experience in high-volume digital or creator-driven content environments
• Strong understanding of internet content formats and audience engagement
• Experience with advanced camera technologies (e.g., RED, ARRI, drones)
• Background in color grading, post-production workflows, or visual effects
