What you will do

• Own the visual direction for hirify.global Live across broadcast, social, email, and experiential touchpoints.
• Define and develop motion graphics systems including intros, outros, stingers, and sizzle reels.
• Leverage AI creative tools as a core part of the production workflow to enhance visual identity.
• Direct video editing for livestream recaps, social cutdowns, and promotional content.
• Manage and provide actionable feedback to the Senior Graphic Designer to maintain high creative standards.
• Collaborate with producers and social teams to translate business goals into compelling visual storytelling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in motion graphics, video editing, or art direction roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
• Experience managing or directly overseeing at least one designer or creative contributor.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling across multiple platforms.
• Ability to produce high-quality creative assets at speed in fast-paced production environments.
• Must be eligible for US employment (implied by 401k and US-based benefits).

Nice to have

• Experience with fast-paced live broadcast or streaming content.
• Familiarity with trading, financial markets, or fintech products.
• Deep hands-on experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Sora, Runway, or ElevenLabs.
