What you will do

• Coordinate the end-to-end execution of weekly hotfixes and major quarterly releases.
• Manage and monitor deployments specifically within Hyperforce and Falcon environments.
• Enforce release quality standards by auditing deliverables and communicating risks to stakeholders.
• Synchronize multiple environments (development, testing, staging, and production) across the pipeline.
• Maintain version control systems, manage code merges, and resolve conflicts to ensure codebase integrity.
• Integrate AI development tools and agents into engineering workflows to deliver optimized, high-quality code.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Release Management, DevOps, or Software Engineering within enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on technical proficiency with Hyperforce and Falcon deployment architectures.
• In-depth knowledge of the hirify.global platform capabilities and best practices.
• Proven experience with CI/CD tools, Git, and automated deployment workflows.
• Ability to manage complex release cycles and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or Cursor.
• Advanced prompt engineering skills and experience cultivating system context for AI reliability.
