What you will do

• Design and implement AWS cloud infrastructure, including multi-account strategy, IAM design, and networking.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support repeatable, controlled releases across Dev, Test, and Production environments.
• Provision AWS infrastructure as code using Terraform, including Glue, S3, Redshift, and VPC networking.
• Configure Git-based integration and deployment workflows for platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake.
• Enable monitoring, logging, and telemetry using Amazon CloudWatch and observability platforms like Datadog.
• Implement secure access patterns and ensure alignment with enterprise security and governance standards.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling and release automation.
• Expertise in infrastructure-as-code using Terraform.
• Proficiency in deploying AWS workloads (Glue, S3, Redshift, ECS/EKS, Lambda).
• Experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake deployments in AWS environments.
• Strong understanding of security best practices including IAM, RBAC, and encryption.
• Experience supporting production-grade data platforms in regulated enterprise environments.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with medallion/lakehouse architectures using Databricks or Snowflake.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Understanding of Canadian data privacy requirements (PIPEDA).
• Exposure to QA automation and non-functional testing in cloud-native systems.
