Salary: $125,000 - $180,000

What you will do

• Assess customer Falcon environments to ensure alignment with Falcon Complete standards.
• Provide recommendations and create remediation plans to improve customer security posture.
• Communicate directly with customers to resolve misalignments with security standards.
• Document and resolve customer issues according to established procedures and SLAs.
• Develop and deliver service reports and statistics upon request.
• Collaborate with internal support and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a cybersecurity-focused role.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems.
• Demonstrated knowledge of threat detection and incident response.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent professional experience.
• Cybersecurity certifications from reputable organizations such as SANS, ISC2, or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Experience with Incident Management, CSIRT operations, and Change Management.
• Knowledge of SIEM, UEBA, and MDR/XDR controls.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001/2, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Critical Security, PCI DSS, and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Experience working with complex, sophisticated clients.
