What you will do

• Design and deliver motion graphics, transitions, and interaction behaviors for vehicle, mobile, and web platforms.
• Define and contribute to scalable motion systems, guidelines, and reusable patterns.
• Collaborate with UX designers, engineers, and product partners to integrate motion into complex workflows.
• Prototype motion concepts to validate design intent, usability, and technical feasibility.
• Ensure all motion work meets accessibility, performance, and quality standards.
• Articulate motion rationale and best practices during design reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Animation, Motion Graphics, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in motion design or interaction animation.
• Strong foundation in animation principles, timing, and interaction design.
• Proficiency in After Effects and at least one 3D tool (e.g., Cinema 4D, Maya).
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners in UX and engineering.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience designing motion for automotive, embedded, or complex digital systems.
• Familiarity with design systems and motion guidelines.
• Experience prototyping motion specifically for engineering handoff.
• Exposure to real-time or performance-constrained environments.
