Salary: $99,800 – $146,800 USD (depending on location)

What you will do

• Lead the development and evolution of the motion discipline, including brand standards and motion style guides.
• Create high-impact motion assets for digital experiences, hype videos, educational content, campaigns, and events.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret strategic creative briefs and propose effective design approaches.
• Mentor junior members of the creative team and drive a culture of design excellence.
• Optimize internal workflows and propose processes to reduce operational redundancies.
• Present creative logic and project updates to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in motion design with a track record of transforming complex ideas into visual narratives.
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Proficiency with Figma and Lottie.
• Deep understanding of motion principles, editing, compositing, and UI/UX fundamentals.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Experience implementing creative AI workflows.
