What you will do

• Lead motion design workflows and deliver marketing assets for digital experiences, campaigns, email, events, hype videos, and educational content.
• Develop and evolve motion standards, style guides, templates, and best practices for the brand.
• Interpret strategic creative briefs, propose design solutions, iterate from stakeholder feedback, and finalize production-ready assets.
• Present creative rationale and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks, improve creative processes, and coordinate with project managers and partner teams.
• Mentor designers, elevate team output, and support a culture of creative excellence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of proven motion design experience delivering compelling visual narratives.
• Deep knowledge of motion design principles, editing, compositing, storyboarding, UI/UX, form, color, composition, layout, and typography.
• Proficiency with Figma, Lottie, and Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience with creative AI tools and workflows.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• 3D proficiency with Cinema 4D or Blender.
