What you will do

• Own end-to-end creative production for all performance channels including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, Reddit, and CTV.
• Develop, edit, and produce 30+ high-performance creatives per month tailored to specific platforms and audiences.
• Integrate AI creative tools (Veo 3, Runway, Midjourney, Sora, etc.) as a core part of the production workflow.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing and Analytics teams to run A/B tests and iterate based on performance data.
• Build scalable templates, style systems, and localization workflows to accelerate production across multiple markets.
• Maintain brand consistency while adapting format and tone for different platform-native trends.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition) and Figma.
• Deep hands-on experience with the AI-native creative stack (Runway, Pika, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, etc.).
• Strong understanding of performance marketing creative and how to optimize for high CTR and low CPA.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality video, static, and motion assets at high speed.
• Must be based in the United States to be eligible for benefits.
• Passion for crypto, prop trading, and the future of finance.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D and motion graphics (Cinema 4D, Blender, Unreal Engine).
• Experience producing creative for CTV and long-form YouTube ad formats.
• Familiarity with sound design, AI voiceover, and large-scale localization workflows.
• Prior work on affiliate and partner-driven performance campaigns.
