What you will do

• Own and evolve business performance reporting, ensuring automation, accessibility, and reliability.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations to improve customer experience and performance.
• Partner with Commercial leadership, VIP Operations, Finance, and Data Engineering to track business performance levers.
• Leverage reporting frameworks to identify trends and provide insights for tactical projects and investment decisions.
• Lead mid-size cross-functional projects end-to-end to improve internal decision-making and prioritization.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York City to support a hybrid work model.
• 3+ years of experience in analytics, commercial strategy, or customer intelligence.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and analytics tools such as Databricks, Tableau, or Codex.
• Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of business levers and performance drivers.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets and creating clear data visualizations.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
