What you will do

• Source and validate high-impact opportunities in healthtech, biotech, and deeptech.
• Build and iterate on MVPs using AI/ML, data platforms, and scientific tooling.
• Lead early go-to-market strategy and customer discovery.
• Recruit and build the initial founding team.
• Develop fundraising narratives and investor materials to position the company for seed/Series A financing.
• Launch and lead the new company as CEO or co-founder following venture formation.

Requirements

• Technical background in AI, computer science, bioengineering, or related fields.
• Experience in healthcare, biotech, life sciences, or deeptech environments (startup, lab, or industry).
• Founder mindset with experience building, scaling, or operating in early-stage companies.
• Ability to navigate high ambiguity and zero-to-one environments.
• Technical fluency in AI, machine learning, or data-driven systems.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a relevant technical or scientific field.
• Strong product intuition and problem discovery skills.
• Experience building teams or leading complex initiatives.
