Salary: $74,000 - $103,000 USD (varies by location)

What you will do
- Manage dependencies and project tasks for up to 35 simultaneous customer deployments.
- Lead implementation meetings, oversee account setup, and manage the transition from sales handoff to first invoice.
- Coordinate with internal teams to mitigate deployment risks and reinforce customer buying decisions.
- Drive customers to activate within 60 days and reach 5% of EACV through targeted training and adoption support.
- Analyze deployment progress using reporting tools and identify projects to reduce time to value.
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service or customer success experience.
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills for multi-level organizational communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to a hub location (Denver, San Francisco, Nashville, or Santiago).
- Requirement to work from the office 3+ days a week.
