What you will do

• Partner with senior management to align production with strategic objectives and implement product features.
• Manage and develop a team of producers, overseeing all projects for progress, quality, and risks.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and financial roadmaps to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate operational and project risks.
• Act as primary liaison with external partners and provide clear updates to stakeholders and executives.
• Address complex challenges, assign issue resolution, and balance priorities across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Over 12 years of game development experience in production roles.
• Previous roles as Lead Producer, Executive Producer, or Production Director.
• Exceptional communication skills for collaboration across disciplines.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects on time and budget with ownership.
• In-depth understanding of production methodologies.
