What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics.
• Establish and maintain production processes, workflows, and pipelines to optimize efficiency.
• Develop schedules and resource capacity plans to track progress against milestones.
• Coordinate Sprint Planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives using Jira.
• Manage relationships with external partners, contractors, and licensors.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to foster accountability within the team.

Requirements

• 2 to 4+ years of experience in production, including shipping game titles (preferably AAA).
• Strong understanding of the game development lifecycle and technology.
• Proficiency in ShotGrid, Jira, Confluence, and Excel.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Nova Scotia, Canada.
