What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, managing communication, expectations, and delivery.
• Drive planning and execution for outsourced development, including scheduling, budgeting, and scope management.
• Partner with internal teams to define requirements, priorities, and deliverables for external work.
• Source, onboard, and manage external vendors and co-development partners.
• Establish and maintain pipelines, workflows, and best practices for external development and asset tracking.
• Track progress, identify risks, and report performance to studio leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in production or outsourcing within game development.
• Must be based in Austin, TX.
• Strong understanding of AAA game development pipelines, particularly art, asset creation, and world-building.
• Experience managing external vendors or co-development teams across multiple time zones.
• Proficiency with production and version control tools such as JIRA and Perforce.
• Proven experience with scheduling, budgeting, asset tracking, and delivery management.
