What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to develop the game within established frameworks, deadlines, and budgets.
• Manage day-to-day operations and maintain communication with management to meet milestones.
• Collaborate with Producers to define sprints and quarterly objectives.
• Conduct regular risk analyses and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful development.
• Align product vision and quality expectations with team capacity for predictable delivery.
• Guide and manage the team to help them achieve their goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the video game industry.
• Minimum 5 years in game production working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in team management.
• Proven track record of taking a game from pre-production to launch as an Associate Producer.
• Experience shipping at least one game or working on a live game.
• Data-driven approach to evaluating workload versus capacity.
