What you will do

• Administer MECM for endpoint management, imaging, patching, and software deployments across enterprise environments
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot degradation, outages, and deployment issues, notifying stakeholders
• Manage Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and Network Access Control lists
• Handle server backups, restorations, storage (SAN/NAS), and high-availability operations
• Support system builds, re-imaging, lifecycle replacements, and large-scale deployments with NEC
• Provide customer support, SharePoint administration, and document processes per SOPs

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years in endpoint management and enterprise IT
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Security+ (IAT II) certification required
• Active Secret clearance required
