What you will do

• Support and maintain operating systems, applications, and Digital Training systems in enterprise and classroom settings.
• Provide analysis, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution for training systems and infrastructure.
• Serve as point of contact for Logistics Information Systems like GCSS-Army and Mission Command platforms.
• Develop and execute Software Qualification Tests (SQT) and Software Acceptance Tests (SAT) for system updates.
• Perform system, database, and network administration including server builds, VLAN configuration, and imaging.
• Conduct site analysis for infrastructure requirements and support lifecycle management of training systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years experience in IT Tech IV role supporting Microsoft Windows environments.
• 5+ years as Server/Systems Administrator with Microsoft, Solaris, or similar.
• Experience with Windows Server 2019, Exchange, Forefront TMG, SharePoint, SQL Server 2019, Active Directory.
• DoD architectures, tactical networks, LAN administration, configuration management.
• Security+ (IAT II) certification required.
