TL;DR

Location: Fort Lee, VA (On-Site). Active Secret Clearance is required.

What you will do

  • Deliver "white-glove" priority IT support to key directorates and senior leadership.
  • Administer Microsoft desktop/laptop systems, including OS updates and security patches.
  • Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve hardware, software, and network issues using enterprise ITSM tools.
  • Maintain systems in accordance with Army configuration baselines.
  • Document technical procedures, SOPs, and user guides.

Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance is required.
  • 5+ years of IT support experience, including executive/VIP support.
  • Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
  • Security+ (IAT II) certification required.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with ITSM/ticketing systems.
