What you will do
- Deliver "white-glove" priority IT support to key directorates and senior leadership.
- Administer Microsoft desktop/laptop systems, including OS updates and security patches.
- Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve hardware, software, and network issues using enterprise ITSM tools.
- Maintain systems in accordance with Army configuration baselines.
- Document technical procedures, SOPs, and user guides.
Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance is required.
- 5+ years of IT support experience, including executive/VIP support.
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
- Security+ (IAT II) certification required.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with ITSM/ticketing systems.
