What you will do

• Deploy AVD and Windows 365 environments using hirify.global Manager following established best practices.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance via email, phone, and remote sessions to ensure partner satisfaction.
• Address issues related to image management, FSLogix, performance, and Intune policy management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful account deployments and support.
• Identify trending technical issues and contribute to hirify.global documentation to improve ticket mitigation.
• Utilize internal sandboxes to replicate bugs and test widespread product issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 2+ years of experience in technical support specifically deploying and supporting Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Direct experience working with Microsoft Azure and Entra ID.
• Knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and firewalls.
• Experience managing Windows 10/11/Server and custom images.
• Proficiency in Intune Policy Management and Active Directory (Entra ID, Entra DS, AD DS).

Nice to have

• Direct experience working with hirify.global Manager.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
• Experience with SaaS support and ticketing systems like Zendesk, JIRA, or ServiceNow.
• Understanding of the ITIL framework and best practices.
• Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-140, AZ-305, AZ-104, MD-102).
