What you will do

• Oversee daily global cash positions across multiple entities, currencies, and banking partners to ensure sufficient liquidity.
• Build and refine short- and long-term cash flow forecasts for executive leadership.
• Lead the selection and implementation of a Treasury Management System (TMS) to drive automation and scalability.
• Monitor FX exposures and execute hedging strategies to mitigate currency and interest rate risk.
• Partner with product and engineering teams on payment flows, new product launches, and geographic expansion.
• Manage global banking relationships, including KYC coordination and compliance documentation.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or payments within a global, high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated ownership of liquidity forecasting and global cash positioning across multiple currencies.
• Experience leading or contributing to a TMS implementation or automated forecasting process.
• Strong knowledge of cross-border payments infrastructure (SWIFT, ACH, SEPA) and FX risk management.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; familiarity with ERP or TMS platforms (e.g., Kyriba, SAP).
• Must be based in Canada.

• Hands-on experience with SQL or LLMs to improve treasury operations.
• MBA, CFA, or CTP designation.
