Solution Engineer (AI & Data Integration)

Solution Engineer (AI & Data Integration): Designing and architecting AI-ready data foundations for Public Sector customers using MuleSoft, Tableau, and Data Cloud with an accent on agentic AI and secure architectures. Focus on bridging the gap between legacy systems and autonomous AI agents to drive mission outcomes.

Location: Must be a US citizen. Available in Mclean (VA) or Remote in TX, CA, NY, GA, and IL.

What you will do

• Act as a strategic architectural partner for Public Sector customers, consolidating MuleSoft, Tableau, and Data Cloud expertise.
• Design compliant, AI-ready architectures (FedRAMP High, IL 4/5/6) to enable intelligent autonomous agents.
• Conduct holistic discovery sessions to reframe the “data-to-agentic-AI journey” for agency customers.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to drive sales strategy and lead technical discovery from day one.
• Lead high-impact architectural workshops and "Stand & Deliver" sessions for C-level government executives.

Requirements

• US citizenship required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Solution Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, or Digital Transformation.
• Hands-on experience with at least two of: MuleSoft, Tableau, or Data Cloud, plus demonstrated experience with agentic AI.
• 2+ years of experience with agentic AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering).
• Ability to design secure architectures for highly regulated environments (FedRAMP High, Impact Level 4/5/6).
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Certifications: MuleSoft Certified Architect, Tableau Specialist, hirify.global Data Cloud Consultant, or AI Associate.
• Deep understanding of DoD compliance and common government data silos.
• Demonstrated sales experience in a technical capacity to translate complex solutions into customer value.
