What you will do

• Present CRM and data solutions to business and technical audiences to drive technical sales strategy.
• Partner with Account Executives to uncover business challenges and design world-class solutions using hirify.global Core and Tableau.
• Architect end-to-end technical integrations between hirify.global (Sales, Service, Industries) and Tableau's visual analytics.
• Build and deliver tailored "Point-Of-View Demos" that demonstrate the platform's value proposition.
• Collaborate with product managers to ensure unique security and compliance requirements for US Intelligence Community customers are delivered.
• Strategize with Sales Leadership to optimize regional approaches and drive customer success.

Requirements

• Current TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph is mandatory.
• Prior experience in Solutions Management or Delivery in a related field.
• Proficiency with CRM technologies or other enterprise business applications.
• Experience with data visualization tools and low-code platforms.
• Strong technical and business acumen with a consultative solution selling mindset.
• Experience with Digital Transformation and the IC Industry.

Nice to have

• BA/BS in Business Technology or a related field.
• hirify.global Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder.
• hirify.global Certified Associate or Consultant (Sales/Service Cloud).
• Tableau Desktop Specialist or Certified Data Analyst.
