What you will do

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat to resolve product-related inquiries.
  • Conduct remote technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues with EV charging stations.
  • Diagnose and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 technical issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the support database.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to report and resolve recurring technical issues.
  • Educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of hirify.global products to enhance user experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support role, preferably within the EV charging or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Must be based in the LATAM region.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote team environment.
