TL;DR

Customer Operations Specialist (EV Charging): Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and operational processes with an accent on high-quality support and technical query resolution. Location: London (GB), hybrid with 2-3 days WFH per week, standard 37.5 hours Monday-Friday

What you will do

  • Lead customer support for Electroverse: handle sign-up questions, card requests, app feedback via email and chat
  • Deliver high-quality care for EV drivers, matching hirify.global service standards
  • Dive into technical product aspects to solve customer queries
  • Manage social media and brand voice representation
  • Stay updated on Electroverse features and releases to inform customers
  • Collaborate with the team to understand and improve the customer ecosystem

Requirements

  • Based in London office with hybrid WFH option
  • Fantastic written communication skills, adaptable tone
  • Organized approach to daily operations and flexibility for new tasks
  • Comfortable with technical tasks like pulling data from admin portals
  • Interest in EVs and EV tech
