What you will do

• Lead the product vision for AI-powered customer service agents, aligning it with the company's broader strategy.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis of enterprise AI customer service solutions.
• Develop and execute the product roadmap to improve customer satisfaction, efficiency, and scalability.
• Collaborate with engineering to refine products using LLMs, reinforcement learning, and RAG techniques.
• Monitor performance data to minimize AI hallucinations and reduce handling times.
• Partner with client delivery and experience teams to optimize workflows and resolution rates.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in enterprise software with a focus on customer service automation.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, speech-to-speech technologies, RAG, and AI-driven automation.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, including engineering and data science.
• Strong analytical skills to define and track key success metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in Latin America
