TL;DR

Client Service Manager (Medtech): Managing product utilization and patient-centered care outcomes for a hospital client with an accent on nurse engagement, system adoption, and strategic outcome planning. Location: Onsite in Miami, FL (VA hospital location). Occasional travel to Bethesda, MD required.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 base + annual bonus

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with nursing staff, hospital administrators, and key client contacts.
  • Drive product utilization and execute strategic clinical outcomes achievement plans for the account.
  • Deliver and support client training programs for assigned facilities.
  • Act as the project manager for all system development, content, and configuration requests.
  • Monitor system utilization daily to identify and address underutilization areas.
  • Serve as the primary onsite contact for triaging hardware and software issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 4-6 years of military work experience.
  • Experience working within a hospital or other healthcare environment is required.
  • Must be willing to submit to a federal government background check and regular drug testing.
  • Must be able to meet client-specific requirements, including immunizations and screening.
  • Flexibility in schedule, including occasional evening and weekend availability.
  • Clinical experience and previous project management or training experience are preferred.
