What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end product definition and delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, defining user stories and coordinating with the engineering team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Continuously optimize product workflows to enhance team efficiency and speed to market.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders to align on goals and expectations.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to make necessary product adjustments.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product management with a proven track record of driving products from concept to launch.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience managing relationships across various teams and departments.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively interacting with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize features in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and agile mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Must be based in Latin America.
