What you will do

• Build and maintain product dashboards and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making.
• Define and track key product health metrics such as adoption, retention, and engagement.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams.
• Own product release readiness processes, including launch planning and post-launch retrospectives.
• Design and optimize operational processes for roadmap tracking and feedback loops.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or Business Operations in a tech environment.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel.
• Proven experience working cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, and business teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in English is required.
