What you will do

• Support and implement vendor and customer API integrations to ensure smooth production operation.
• Investigate and resolve production API issues by debugging complex system problems.
• Build monitoring, alerts, and dashboards to proactively identify issues and ensure reliability.
• Deliver bug fixes, enhancements, and operational improvements to improve API stability and usability.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal engineering teams to facilitate seamless API adoption.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar software development or operations role.
• Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming, preferably Java or C#.
• Experience building and supporting REST APIs within AWS cloud environments.
• Excellent communication skills for working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
• Familiarity with Spring Boot or similar backend frameworks.
• Background in fintech, payments, or regulated industries with experience in incident response.
