What you will do

• Design and develop core components of the ETF electronic trading platform, prioritizing performance, scalability, and low latency.
• Implement enhancements to AMM and RFQ pricing workflows to improve automation and responsiveness.
• Lead the design and development of the new ETF Blotter within the Edge Board platform.
• Build clean and maintainable data flows between ETF portals, pricing engines, and booking systems.
• Collaborate closely with traders and quants to capture requirements and deliver solutions in short development cycles.
• Develop reusable frameworks, libraries, and tools to scale the ETF trading ecosystem.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Front Office trading system development, specifically within electronic trading or market making.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for complex data handling.
• Solid understanding of client-server and distributed architectures.
• Experience working within Linux and Windows environments.
• Proven ability to design and build production-grade systems from scratch.
• Degree from a top university in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Exposure to C++ for developing performance-critical components.
