What you will do

• Establish and enforce standardized capture management processes and methodologies across all divisional Pods.
• Provide oversight, mentorship, and governance to Capture Leads to ensure consistent execution of the capture lifecycle.
• Maintain pipeline integrity and enforce gate reviews from opportunity identification to proposal submission.
• Deliver actionable intelligence to C-suite leadership regarding win probability and revenue forecasting.
• Build a scalable, repeatable capture framework to accelerate growth in the federal marketplace.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in capture management or growth leadership within federal government contracting.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing capture teams.
• Active Secret Security Clearance is required to start (Top Secret preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or IT (Master's/MBA strongly preferred).
• Formal capture training (e.g., Shipley, APMP certification).
• Proven track record of winning captures valued at $100M+ across various contract vehicles.

Nice to have

• Experience transforming Growth organizations or building capture centers of excellence from the ground up.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools for competitive intelligence, pipeline analytics, or proposal automation.
• Established relationships with government decision-makers and procurement officials across DoD and civilian agencies.
