What you will do
- Act as a Tier 2 and Tier 3 liaison between clients and the internal G+D team to resolve issues.
- Coordinate and prioritize customer inquiries, maintain action logs, and facilitate weekly conference calls.
- Manage customer launches for minor projects and enter programming requirements into the Programming Request System (PRS).
- Execute and update sales orders using SAP according to customer contractual requirements.
- Collaborate with the Finance department to ensure accurate and timely client billing.
- Liaise with VISA and Mastercard for Card Manufacturing order approvals.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in direct Customer Service within a manufacturing, printing, or financial environment.
- Must possess Canadian citizenship, permanent resident status, or a valid work permit.
- Completion of a college or university degree.
- Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Exposure to Project Management and Project Methodologies.
- Ability to communicate in French (written and oral).
