Client Services Representative (Fintech)

What you will do

• Act as a Tier 2 and Tier 3 liaison between clients and the internal G+D team to resolve issues.
• Coordinate and prioritize customer inquiries, maintain action logs, and facilitate weekly conference calls.
• Manage customer launches for minor projects and enter programming requirements into the Programming Request System (PRS).
• Execute and update sales orders using SAP according to customer contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with the Finance department to ensure accurate and timely client billing.
• Liaise with VISA and Mastercard for Card Manufacturing order approvals.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in direct Customer Service within a manufacturing, printing, or financial environment.
• Must possess Canadian citizenship, permanent resident status, or a valid work permit.
• Completion of a college or university degree.
• Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP.
• Exposure to Project Management and Project Methodologies.
• Ability to communicate in French (written and oral).
