Location: On-site in New Albany, Ohio (Night Shift: 6pm to 6:30am)

What you will do

• Supervise a team of quality control specialists on the production floor.
• Execute in-process and final product inspections across various compounding and visual inspection stages.
• Ensure raw material and product compliance through documentation reviews and quality checks.
• Support investigations into non-conformances, deviations, and customer complaints.
• Maintain equipment verifications, calibration schedules, and audit readiness for internal and third-party inspections.
• Draft and revise SOPs, work instructions, and maintain quality metrics for reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in QC or QA, preferably in sterile compounding or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of USP <795>, <797>, <800> standards and cGMP practices.
• Must be based in New Albany, Ohio and able to work the Night Shift.
• Pharmacy Technician license or willingness to obtain one within six months of employment.
• Ability to handle Hazardous Drugs (HD) using required PPE and medical approval to wear respiratory protection.
• Physical ability to stand for up to 100% of a 12-hour shift and lift up to 50lbs.

Nice to have

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biology, or Quality Management.
• Knowledge of FDA 21CFR 210/211 regulations.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems.
