What you will do

• Collect and analyze business requirements from customers and internal stakeholders to create actionable input for development teams.
• Evaluate market data, support trends, and industry research to hirify.globalm improvements to CSI functionality across diverse manufacturing scenarios.
• Partner with Product Management, QA, and Cloud Operations throughout the design, implementation, and release cycles.
• Create developer-ready requirement artifacts, including PRDs, functional specifications, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Manage change requests through the feature lifecycle, coordinating scope and impact analysis.
• Prepare recommendations to address pain points in core manufacturing modules, APS, and cloud deployment.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience analyzing and documenting business processes in an ERP context, specifically within manufacturing environments.
• Working knowledge of hirify.global CloudSuite Industrial / Syteline or a comparable manufacturing ERP (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Familiarity with core domains: BOM/routing, MRP, APS-based planning, shop floor execution, and production costing.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality PRDs and functional specifications that developers can implement without ambiguity.
• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum delivery model with globally distributed teams.
• Must be based in the United States and able to work hybrid in Atlanta, Georgia.

• Prior hands-on experience specifically with Syteline.
• Exposure to hirify.global OS components.
• Familiarity with cloud ERP delivery models and multi-tenant considerations.
• Background working as an hirify.global implementation partner or consultant.
