Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA), must be based in the US or be able to relocate

Salary: $198,000 – $320,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Design and maintain analytical tools, evaluation methodologies, and quality metrics for intelligence workflows.
• Transform recurring risk analysis needs into reusable templates, notebooks, and lightweight tools.
• Surface novel harms and abuse patterns across various ecosystems and behaviors.
• Build rapid analysis workflows around emerging geopolitical and strategic risks.
• Deliver and maintain risk dashboards and tools using SQL, Python, and AI-powered tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical intelligence, integrity, trust and safety, or operational risk.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, including querying and transforming complex datasets.
• Experience delivering zero-to-one analyses and turning them into reusable playbooks or workflows.
• Knowledge of anomaly detection tools, such as PyOD.
• Ability to communicate findings, including evidence, uncertainty, and trade-offs, clearly.

Nice to have

• Technical knowledge of AI systems.
• Experience building graders, classifiers, or analytical scorecards.
