What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for vendor management and production operations across all external partners.
• Define agency engagement models, KPIs, and operational ways of working in partnership with marketing leadership.
• Establish Business Affairs frameworks for global activations, covering talent usage rights, localization, and regional production.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Legal to execute vendor agreements and develop compliant, efficient marketing workflows.
• Bring financial and operational discipline to investments through data-driven visibility into spend and renewals.
• Develop repeatable frameworks and identify opportunities to use AI and automation to scale operations.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in marketing operations, procurement, sourcing, business affairs, or production operations.
• Hands-on experience managing creative agencies, production companies, and media partners.
• Deep understanding of production workflows, rate cards, vendor onboarding, and contracting processes.
• Proven ability to partner effectively with senior Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Procurement stakeholders.
• Strong skills in process design, documentation, and change management.
• Ability to operate and build processes within a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

• Experience in the technology industry or with high-growth companies.
• Background in building new operational functions or vendor governance models from scratch.
• Familiarity with AI-related vendors, data privacy, or specific AI workflow considerations.
