Location: Remote (Must be based in the US and eligible for Public Trust clearance)

Salary: $55,200 – $126,000 per year

What you will do

• Support the client's privacy office, specifically focusing on the Privacy Documentation Team.
• Design, manage, and support the implementation of ethics and compliance programs focused on data privacy.
• Draft critical privacy documentation, including Privacy Threshold Analyses (PTAs) and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs).
• Assess and inform senior leadership on adversarial tactics and techniques regarding privacy-focused activities.
• Execute objectives based on clear priorities, deadlines, and success metrics (KPIs).

Requirements

• Must be eligible for a US government Public Trust determination.
• 2+ years of professional experience in privacy or information security.
• Knowledge of privacy laws and standards such as the Privacy Act, E-Government Act of 2002, or NIST SP 800-53 Revision 5.
• Ability to draft PTAs and PIAs for various audiences.
• Associate's degree.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with law or public policy.
• Experience with the Security Assessment & Authorization (SA&A) process.
• Experience monitoring and ensuring compliance with federal privacy laws and OMB guidance.
