What you will do

• Lead security initiatives, mature organizational capabilities, and manage security scrums and demos.
• Define and own GenAI security policies, standards, governance, and monitoring.
• Design and implement controls for access management, data protection, prompt injection, and model-related threats.
• Manage security architecture for GenAI systems, including LLMs, RAG, agents, and APIs.
• Lead incident response, vulnerability management, and security alert response.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to handle compliance audits and customer questionnaires.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in security engineering, application security, or cloud security.
• Strong background in security engineering or software development with hands-on technical design skills.
• Experience with secure system design, IAM, logging/monitoring, and DevSecOps.
• Familiarity with GenAI/LLM risks such as prompt injection and data leakage.
• Ability to write scripts/code using Python or other languages for automation.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with security tools including SIEM, Metasploit, Splunk, and Wireshark.
