Facilities Regional Lead (remote with on-site visits & inspections)

What you will do

• Define and manage site-specific scope reflecting lease requirements and compliance, uploading to Famis consistently across EMEA.
• Proactively manage PPM and reactive tickets, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded via Famis, including landlord/sub-tenant maintenance.
• Monitor and manage supplier performance through meetings, reporting and KPIs.
• Handle incident management as point of contact, following escalation processes.
• Support project delivery and business operations, including handbacks.
• Conduct quarterly site inspections, capturing conditions and functionality, with reporting/escalations.
• Provide weekly site-level reporting on key issues to team and client.
• Manage escalations, budgets, and act as POC for landlords/sub-tenants.

• FM delivery experience within the EMEA region
• FM delivery knowledge
• Ability to manage suppliers and client stakeholders
• Performance reporting and issue management skills
