Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA; Miami, FL; or New York, NY
Compensation Range: $195K - $225K

What you will do
- Scale sales and marketing functions through automation, AI assistance, and accessible data insights.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of mission-driven growth engineers and operators.
- Build a modern GTM engine owning campaign automation, PLG, and lifecycle drips.
- Develop AI agents to automate product design-to-GTM flows and monitor competitive market shifts.
- Create viral tools, interactive landing pages, and demos that showcase AI/ML identity graph capabilities.
- Architect and run a high-velocity A/B testing engine to optimize user adoption and revenue.
Requirements
- Proficiency with growth tools such as Clay, Apollo, Clearbit, Instantly, or Hypergrowth.
- Full-stack development skills in JavaScript, Python, and React.
- Hands-on experience building or integrating AI agents and LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude).
- Expertise with APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms like Zapier, Retool, and Make.
- Working knowledge of SQL for audience segmentation and performance measurement.
- Proven track record of designing and shipping growth experiments across acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
