What you will do

• Lead improvement projects to optimise and automate business processes across the group.
• Conduct process diagnostics using process mapping and Lean Six Sigma tools to identify pain points.
• Document business requirements to enable automation and quantify realised benefits for efficiency and risk reduction.
• Facilitate the redesign of business processes and map customer journeys to enhance overall user experience.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, focusing on change management and user adoption of new tools.
• Act as a bridge between technologists and non-technical stakeholders to align business initiatives with concrete project goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience leading process improvement projects within Financial Services (mandatory).
• Demonstrable experience in Lean Six Sigma, Business Analysis, or Automation projects.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong skills in senior stakeholder engagement, facilitation, influencing, and negotiation.
• Proven track record in leading change management initiatives and managing operational risk.
• Ability to operate effectively across multiple jurisdictions.
