What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end podcast guest pipeline, from research and outreach to booking and asset coordination in ClickUp.
- Oversee the founder's Gmail and Google Calendar to prioritize scheduling and eliminate administrative noise.
- Schedule and publish content across major social platforms (IG, LI, FB, TikTok, YT, X) and monitor weekly performance.
- Maintain and troubleshoot GoHighLevel (GHL) pipelines, funnels, tags, and automated email/SMS sequences.
- Document recurring tasks via Loom and written guides to build a comprehensive library of team SOPs.
- Handle travel coordination and general executive administrative follow-through.
Requirements
- Must be based within the Eastern timezone to align with US business hours
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) including contacts, pipelines, funnels, and workflows.
- Proficiency in ClickUp for managing spaces, folders, and custom fields.
- English: Fluent professional level (C1+) required
- Advanced skill in Gmail, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools like Calendly.
- Experience with basic content tools such as Canva and Loom.
Nice to have
- Experience booking or managing podcast guests.
- Ability to write SOPs or process documentation.
- Familiarity with recording platforms like Riverside or Zoom.
- Basic video/audio clipping skills using Descript, Opus Clip, or CapCut.
- Light automation experience with Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
