What you will do

• Process monthly payroll including computation of wages, overtime, bonuses, and separation payments.
• Ensure full compliance with Tunisia Labour Laws, local statutory requirements, and legislative changes.
• Perform payroll analysis, account reconciliation, and prepare general ledger entries.
• Manage employee payroll inquiries, tax notices, and year-end statement issues.
• Support internal and external compliance audits related to payroll processing.
• Coordinate monthly payroll funding requirements with Finance and Treasury departments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Tunisia payroll processing experience or a BS Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Basic knowledge of payroll tax and regional regulations.
• Experience with payroll journal entries, labor allocations, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be based in Sfax, Tunisia.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AIPAIE, SAGE, Accurtime, or Workday HRMS.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritizing abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data.
